Location

This smart, full service hotel lies directly at O'Hare airport, within a few minutes’ walk of all terminals as well as the 'L' train station, which provides a link to Chicago city centre. An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found within 6 km of the hotel and further links to the public transport lie within 2 km of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 10-storey building with a lift and 858 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. The pleasantly heated water of the indoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Active guests can enjoy basketball.     Amazing room with very comfortable beds. The location was incredibly convenient for our early morning flight. We had a connecting room, which gave our teen children their own space—such a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’m officially spoiled now and will expect to travel this well all the time!     The room was overall very good, I particularly liked the bathroom and shower. My only note would be the light switches were a little confusing. Otherwise everything was perfect!     Great location for an early morning flight. Literally a 5 minute walk to the terminal. Room was comfortable but needs a refurb as it is quite outdated but again our room was fine but not luxurious.
