I pretty much live in Hilton properties weekly and as a lifetime diamond member, I believe i've seen it all as far as properties...From front desk manager Lucy to my server Ivett in their restaurant everything and everyone here this is a top notch property.

Sebastian the bartender!

I have stayed here a couple times when I travel to the area for work. Rooms are sufficient and space is fine. What I love about this place is the bartender, Sebastian. He is super friendly, funny and goes over and above to make sure the time spent having a glass of wine is enjoyable. In my most recent trip, a group of unpleasant men was running Sebastian ragged behind the bar and just being rude. Uncalled for. But Sebastian never said a word nor treated them poorly. Sign of a dedicated worker. Give this man a raise!

I have stayed here a lot because my company is based down the road and we get a 'decent' group rate. This hotel is tired and dated from what is easily a 10 or 12 year old rooms remodel. This is obviously a franchised hotel and the owners are cheap as can be. They refill the water machine in the workout room with tap water (I have complained about this before) do you not think bottled water drinkers can taste the difference? Carpets are filthy and need to be changed, broken blinds, broken elevator, no shower water pressure due to the restrictors (I have complained about this before too) and just overall in a state of decline. I gave my company all this feedback and they have posted it on our internal travel website so company business travelers can make other choices than The Hilton Garden Inn Bolingbrook. .

Mold For Breakfeast

Wost hotel I have ever stayed at. Mold was all over the breakfast food and the staff did nothing about it. Rooms were dirty. Talk to customer service and they said they called the manager onsite and they did not find mold 2 days later, really crazy everyone found mold that day then randomly the manager says they did not have any mold. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My room was ice cold due to gaps in the walls where the ac unit is shottily installed. House keeping stole jewelry out of my luggage. And the management sucked and dodged me until my work trip ended. Horrible place to stay purely run business.
