    Everyone was nice and very helpful. For some odd reason the store wouldn’t accept my name and room number and the staff helped me every night. Special shout out to Ramon who helped me out the most from start to finish. And my girls Alexa and Vianca as well. Loved the vibe the staff gave off

    Amazing service. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of variety and everything was nicely maintained. The employees were very friendly, particularly Ashley. She was very warm and comforting presence and gave us a lot of recommendations for activities to do in Chicago during the day.

    I checked in at the hotel after a long flight and Alexa on the reception was wonderful friendly and super patient as I was facing some issues with my cards. Hotel location is great as I am attending a conference at McCormick place. Room is spacious and clean. However the service is okay, for example I called the room service late at night because I arrived late and asked for a diet coke with glass of ice and they said they don’t offer this service you can buy it from the lobby, also there are no slippers (don’t have it in the hotel) nor toothpaste or safety box in the room. So overall very good.
