    Our flight was canceled and we were rerouted part way home through Chicago. I was able to book a room at a reasonable rate on short notice. The shuttle driver was helpful. Sarah, the desk attendant was terrific. She provided us with toiletries and made us feel welcome after a long frustrating travel day. Thanks for helping us out!

    After a FULL DAY of airline delay fiasco's, we ultimately did not make our connection in Chicago, to get home. The airline set us up with an overnight hotel and meal vouchers. Sarah, at the front desk, and another overnight desk clerk that I did not catch her name, were amazing. They were so courteous and accommodating. We we given complimentary toiletries and water, since our luggage was shipped on through. That was great! The room and all the hotel facilities were very clean and comfortable. A welcome relief, after such a bad day. So, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk to the morning restaurant staff, we thank you!!! Definitely recommend this hotel!Matthew R.

    I had a truly wonderful stay and felt very well taken care of from start to finish.The welcome at check-in was warm and smooth, thanks to Sarah, who made everything easy and pleasant from the very beginning. At check-out, I was assisted by Itzá (I hope I got her name right), who was equally kind and professional such a lovely way to end the stay.However, the real standout for me was the driver who picked me up from the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his kindness left a lasting impression. At the airport, I met an elderly lady whose flight had been cancelled we are together in the flight. She only spoke Spanish and had a booking at a different hotel, so I was helping her. When I asked your driver if he could possibly call the other hotel to help locate their shuttle, as we both don’t have a US number, he didn’t hesitate for a second he immediately stepped in and helped us.What truly touched me was that he went beyond his duty without expecting anything in return. In fact, he even refused to accept a tip. For me, this is genuine care atención de verdad and it reflects incredibly well on your team.Thank you for such a memorable experience. I highly recommend your hotel.
