    My daughter and I had a great time here at this hotel. I met Ronda and she was amazing, I stayed in the lobby conversating with her for hours about Chicago and what fun things to do here for me and my daughter. On another night I met Tatiana and we laughed and had a great time as well. I will definitely be back to see those two wonderful ladies soon. I must say they need a raise they have GREAT customer service!! Thank you Ronda and Tatiana for everything!     Ronda at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She was able to locate a room for us after showing up from the airport. We had missed our flight home. Had no vehicle and had paid a taxi to bring us to the Holiday inn Chicago. Many thanks to Miss Ronda!     I attended a pop up shop at this location and I must say the host Ronda was amazing. Her smile was warm and she has a great spirit and energy. James the cook was great and I loved the wings.
