    I hate I had to give them 1 star. . The pictures tell it all. Apparently, only a few rooms look like this. I had other family staying at the hotel. Their rooms were smelly and outdated but it was not as horrible as room 410. I asked to be moved and there werent rooms available. I asked for a refund to move to a different hotel but the manager wasnt available until the next day. We had a weekend full of scheduled activities as we were there for a reunion. The hotel was so disgusting. Especially the bathroom.     Very disappointed I’m a rewards member There ants all over the carpet that covered luggage left on the floor. I was Promised a roll away bed when I reserved but at the hotel was told they never have these. So it’s not even subject to availability. Three large adults forced to share two beds.I’ll never come back here.This is a health hazard. The hotel restaurant is 21+. The front desk has no power to do anything except refer you to a customer service email or phone number The bad reviews go back it seems 1-2 years.     Ideal stop over for those arriving later in the day and needing a hotel quick after collecting their rental car to be able to hit the road the next day or the reverse of needing a quiet night before an early flight. 15 to 20 minutes drive from O’hare makes it ideal. The rooms are clean and purposeful, breakfast surprisingly tasty enough, car park spaces plentiful and quietness is assured.     Good location and hotel. The staff make it amazing! Upon check-in, Malka was patient and worked diligently to assure I had the quietest room possible. I'm a Seminar Speaker who was teaching in the hotel. My projector bulb blew on Day 1. Ali and his team (Nizam & Sanjay) allowed me to borrow the hotel projector until I could purchase one that afternoon, in addition to making sure my room set-up was perfect. Quite often in my leadership classes I say "A team is a direct reflection of their leader." This hotel is a perfect example of excellent leadership. Thanks.

    This hotel was fabulous. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly. The bathroom was adequate. Don’t expect a pool right now. We bought the breakfast and it was so so. The usually hotel fare. Well worth the price of $3.Location is nice. Shops and tea close. We would stay here again.
