  Avoid this hotel for Park, Stay, and Fly!

  Our recent "Park, Stay, and Fly" experience was a disaster. After waiting over two hours for an airport shuttle, while the website repeatedly failed to locate a driver. When I called the hotel, the front desk woman was clearly stressed, shouting at staff over the phone. Despite confirming our location at Door 5E, she later insisted we move to 2C.An hour after moving, the driver still hadn't arrived, and the woman began arguing that we were at the wrong door. Though a shuttle eventually appeared, the front desk woman remained defensive and dismissive upon our arrival. The next morning we tried to express our disappointment but another person insisted we were in the wrong spot. We’ve used this service before without issue, but after this chaotic experience, we will not be returning!   This is a great property. And convenient if you’re flying in or out of Ohare. The park, sleep and fly rate can’t be beat. The employees are friendly. The only negative was the water pressure on the 3rd floor, and lack of local TV stations. The pressure at the sink was just above a trickle. The shower was very light. Barely rinsed the soap off. The night clerk said she reset the system, but an hour later still not available. Otherwise it is a nice property. Will stay again. Just not on 3rd floor.

  Good commute location. Staff very friendly. The staff member Vega made me feel welcomed each week that I stayed there. Hotel was clean and breakfast selections were good. The only downside is that you can hear the traffic noise in the evening if your room is facing the streetside
