  This place really needs some work. Not show how it averages 4 stars on Trip Advisor. I’d say breakfast was the best thing here. WiFi signal wasn’t good. Pool wasn’t in operation. Elevators are super slow. Fitness center (if you can call it that) had only 1 bike, 1 elliptical and 2 treadmills (one was broke). No towels. Garbage can in the fitness center hadn’t been emptied in a while. The whole place - room, 3rd floor hallway, and fitness center - smelled of mold. Maybe this place may be good for one night when you need a place to sleep and shower. Any longer than 1 night, I’d go somewhere else. Definitely wouldn’t bring a young family here. This place is just old and unkempt. I will go elsewhere next time if I’m staying in this area

  Liars, they have no pool. Disgusting conditions.

  THE POOL IS NOT OPEN EVER! This place lies everywhere and says they have a pool. They do NOT have a pool. Look at the photos. They have a dilapidated, hasn't been used in months, not maintained, weeds growing up through the concrete hole in the ground with a permanent cover on top. Priceline, google, tripadvisor, everywhere will tell you this place has a pool and that is a LIE. They will lie to you and take your money. The place is dirty, not maintained, and falling apart. The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel and they practical laugh in your face if you expected a pool. They know they lie to get people in and dont care. I even had priceline dispute the stay with them and they said “the pool was just closed today”. With a 3 foot weed growing out of the concrete. BS. Fkn liars.

  Family funeral

  Not sure where to start. We have 3 rooms for my husband’s mother’s funeral. I should have chose any hotel over this one. The staff was friendly and helpful but it ends there. This hotel needs major renovations and even with those, the sound is obnoxious here. People down the hall talking and it sounded like they’re outside our door. My daughter has a baby with her and she said the sounds outside in the hall are so loud she keeps waking up! The room is dated, worn and truly uninviting. Terrible lighting and very dark. NOTHING on the walls. One smoke alarm is broke—no cover and no light in it. There is a second one in the room that looks to be working at least. Our door has gouges like someone has tried to break in. Keys are very sensitive and don’t work all the time (we had to try 3 of the 4 and they all work sporadically). The bathroom just needs work in every aspect of the room. There are many many choices in this area and this should be the last. Truly disappointed.

  You Get Less Than What You Paid For...

  This hotel is where we had to stay at the stay-to-play soccer tournament that we had in April, and we did not have a choice about the location. Therefore, we hoped that it would be a decent stay. It did offer breakfasts, a seating area, and parking, so we were hopeful about the accommodations. However, we only got one of the three. Honestly, we got a decent room, and the beds were small (doubles) but fine. For two adults and two kids, that's crowded, but we made it work. The seating area in the lobby was not enough for our team, and we had to spill over into the eating area. There was garbage in the hallway areas at times and there are only two elevators so we often took the stairs. Parking was abundant though the parking lot had several large potholes that you ought to try and avoid.The breakfasts were disastrous. The first day we were there, there was barely anything out. They said that they were getting a shipment later that day. For the next two mornings, if you came down early enough, one was able to grab one of the few yogurts that were put out and never refilled. The fruit that the front desk person said would be there never came. There was a station for cinnamon rolls that never had anything in it. Vegetarians were limited to potatoes and eggs made out of powder. The breads were kept to a minimum and only after cajoling the staff would they put out more.I hope we stay elsewhere if we have to come to this tournament again.
