    So disappointed that the pool was unavailable. Apparently it has been unavailable for a year. It is not listed as an amenity on the actual Hilton website but beware if you are booking from a 3rd party site. Very average stay overall. Will not be booking again.     Location of hotel is ideal for visiting Chicago sites. Hotel was pretty nice. Lynette the hotel greeter was helpful, professional and a welcome addition to the hotel staff.
