  This is THE place to stay in downtown Naperville.

  Really great experience here, despite downtown being quite crowded.The location absolutely can't be beat. You're right downtown in the middle of everything. Excellent restaurants like Vasili's and Blue Sushi Sake are right next door, and many others are within a few blocks walk. There's also Sparrow coffee and Ben & Jerry's, and Plank Bar, right on site. The team in the lobby is professional and courteous. They greet you every time you walk through. They were incredibly accommodating when I had questions or requested additional pillows. The balcony room on the 5th floor was great, and even though it wasn't on the river side, it was great for downtown people watching from above each night. We had no problems with noise, and the room was clean and very usable. The attached parking garage is very convenient, but if there's a big event going on, it can fill up, but don't fret, you can go up to the roof level as a hotel guest (even though it says permit holders only), if even temporarily enough to get checked in. Another tip is to refill your water bottles in the Culligan tank in the gym, just behind the receptionist stand. I can't imagine visiting Naperville and staying anywhere else but here.   Only stayed for one night but very nice experience. Great location with lots of options all within walking distance.Only slight downside was the room didn’t smell the best when we checked in.   This hotel exceeds all expectations! It comes with my highest recommendation! Hotel Indigo is beautifully located in the heart of Naperville next to the riverwalk & fountain ⛲️. The esthetics of the hotel are stunning & very pleasing. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I’m honestly very impressed with how they genuinely bent over backwards to help me. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar, to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone has been overwhelmingly welcoming and consistently provides top-notch service. There are honestly too many wonderful people to name, but our heartfelt thanks go to James, Alondra, Lauren, Edwin, Michael, Ashley, Sherri, Taylor, Colleen, Tammy, Debbie, and so many others who made us feel genuinely cared for every single stay.The rooms are spotless, beautifully maintained, and the beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable — exactly what you hope for when you truly need rest and peace of mind.As part of the IHG family, we reached Platinum status very quickly, which has been such a value. We’ve enjoyed complimentary upgrades when available, a delicious daily breakfast (a $50 value), and points that can be used for free nights at IHG properties.   My husband and I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed it. The location is hard to beat since it is right in downtown Naperville with the riverwalk, restaurants, and shops all just a short walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you're planning a visit to Naperville, this is a great place to stay right in the center of everything.
