    The Got Me -- But They Don't Have to Trick YOU!

    I was so excited to find this hotel. The Hyatt brand, glorious photos and a great rate, I just knew I had found a deal. When I arrived to the beautiful 'new' building, gorgeous lobby and Deanna, the kindest, most incredible front desk clerk I've encountered in a long while, I was even more thrilled.That all ended when I stepped off the elevator onto the 5th floor and I smelled the familiar stitch of an old apartment building with a mix of dirty carpet, 'exotic foods' and just regular old funk. Entering our 'upgraded' room didn't help. 80's decor, old damaged furniture, thin, formerly-white now light gray sheets and towels and curtains with so much dust that I had an allergic outbreak. Worst part was the long disgusting hair that was waiting for me in the bed when I pulled the cover back. Suffice it to say I got VERY little sleep and got up much earlier than I planned to get on the road. I had never heard of Hyatt House, but I chose this for the Hyatt brand and, more than just disappointed, I actually feel tricked! If I was choosing a Super 8 or Comfort Inn (ok, so I've never stayed in either one of those places but you get my drift), then perhaps this would have been ok. But this is NOT what I expected from Hyatt. While I MAY return to Hyatt, I will NEVER return to a Hyatt House.

    Very nice room. Everything was very clean. So nice to have full sized refrigerator and dishes/utensils. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the couch in the sitting area. It was not very comfortable. You sunk way down when you sat on it. Desk staff were very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

    Just spent 9 days here during some construction at our home. The reviews are all over the place but we had a great experience. Yes, the room could use a refresh but it was big, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of parking, good amenities, good breakfast and a great location. Most importantly was how great the staff was. Every single person I ran into or met was so nice and eager to assist. Can’t thank enough for an enjoyable stay. Would recommend or stay again.

    Couldn't believe this was a Hyatt Hotel !!!

    We had a room w kitchenette and sofa. The bathroom cabinets the finish is worn off the glass mirrored closet the glass was cracked. The bed was so soft like a marshmallow. Everything was old and not kept up . The curtain underneath was plastic old and ripped.

    Good evening If I could put 0 Stars I WOULD! I recently had a disappointing experience at Hyatt House /Naperville/Warrenville. Despite my expectations for a pleasant stay, I encountered several issues that compelled me to share my concerns.Firstly, the customer service was noticeably lacking. The staff seemed indifferent to guests' needs and failed to address my inquiries in a timely manner. On top of this, I was shocked to find that I was charged for a night even though I had already settled my payment in advance. The lack of attention to detail in billing reflects poorly on the hotel's management.Furthermore, the hotel's condition left much to be desired. It is in urgent need of a remodel; the furnishings are outdated, and the overall ambiance does not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of its reputation. I hope that Hyatt House /Naperville/Warrenville takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their customer service and accommodations in the near future.
