    Honestly, our prefer Hotel was always Holiday inn and we were never disappointed, this time I was trying to give a chance Hyatt as I used stay in Florida on Vacation.     Clean, quiet and a nice area. Overall a great stay. It can be a bit of a hassle getting to the city due to traffic but I knew that going in. I would definitely stay here again.     Great value but bring more coffee as there is only coffee at the room not at the lobby.

    Great stay. Coffee could be left at the lobby since there is no place to walk to get coffee. Polite service and fair breakfast as the eggs were more like rice grains than scrambled.     This was my second time staying here and I enjoyed my stay.This is one of the only Hyatt place with microwaves in the room and I was upgraded due to my status with Hyatt.Very convenient having Buona beef and Mexican restaurant next door.Nice safe area with pleasant lakes to walk around.Chrome cast and hdmi hook ups for streaming is a must have.Clean rooms.     As the saying says “You get what you pay for, Very disappointed with how the pool was kept it was very dirty and smelled like raw sewage, hairs and floaties of random trash in water , broken elevator limited breakfast, also I took pics of the pool and one of the workers came in and started taking pictures of me and my 2 daughters which I felt very uncomfortable with then I asked him why he did that , he nodded his head and didn’t understand stand what I said .
