The breakfast may be free, but "you get what you pay for". Hotel is clean. Front desk can smile, but just not at every customer.

Unacceptable conditions

Our stay was disappointing for several reasons. First, when we checked in, the hotel was overbooked and tried to move our family of six into a room meant for four, even though we clearly booked for six guests. They eventually gave us the room we originally reserved. Second, the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, and one lasted quite a while before being turned off despite there being no actual emergency. This also happened during our previous stay. Third, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and another machine dispensed ice with bugs and dirt in it. Fourth, the sheets in our room were heavily stained and should never have been used, especially since the replacements were much cleaner. Fifth, the tap water was inconsistent, sometimes running clear and other times very cloudy. Lastly, the AC did not work properly, as the room would not cool below 72 degrees no matter how much we adjusted it.

The sofa bed in the room was in a state of disarray. It had an open bag of Cheetos and crumbs scattered across the mattress. It’s crucial for the crew to inspect the sofa bed after each guest’s stay to ensure it’s clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, it appears that this task is being neglected, as the linens have not been changed.

Definitely outdated needs remodeling!!

The room was completely outdated. They attempted to paint over many cosmetic issues. Also painting was not complete and a poor job was done. Stains and burn holes on the carpet. Couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink. Overall would not recommend staying here until a full renovation is done.
