The Hyatt Chicago was beautiful, the rooms were large and there were many restaurant options. The staff, especially housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hyatt Chicago

I live in the suburb of Chicago and decided last minute to stay at this hotel. I loved it!! The location right by the riverwalk. If you go on weds or Saturday in the summer you can watch fireworks. We finished our night at the Big. (restaurant / bar). Food and Drinks were wonderful. Breakfast was super crowded but the wait seemed seamless. I am a Hyatt Globalist so stay at least 60 nights a year at Hyatts. This is now one of my favorites! Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, General Manager at Hyatt Regency Chicago, responded to this review Good evening, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the riverwalk location, fireworks views, and your time dining and relaxing during your stay. It means a great deal to know your visit to Hyatt Regency Chicago left such a positive impression, and we truly appreciate your loyalty and recommendation. Warm regards, Monty
