Location

This hotel is located just off Michigan Avenue in the heart of the Magnificent Mile. It lies within walking distance of fantastic shopping, world-famous museums and theatres.

The hotel has 2019 rooms, including 207 suites and 99 single rooms, which are located on 36 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     spent 4 days here to have some fun in Chi-town! this hotel is perfectly placed to do all within walking distance. This place is alive, always something going on from resturaunts to bars. Super awesome staff, clean comfy rooms. We will be back

    The Hyatt Chicago was beautiful, the rooms were large and there were many restaurant options. The staff, especially housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hyatt Chicago

    Very helpful staff the doormen were very willing to give advice that really did not involve the hotel.     I live in the suburb of Chicago and decided last minute to stay at this hotel. I loved it!! The location right by the riverwalk. If you go on weds or Saturday in the summer you can watch fireworks. We finished our night at the Big. (restaurant / bar). Food and Drinks were wonderful. Breakfast was super crowded but the wait seemed seamless. I am a Hyatt Globalist so stay at least 60 nights a year at Hyatts. This is now one of my favorites!
