    Staff didn't want to be bothered, and I had to tell them about my perks as they didn't know. The elevators seemed to be on their last legs and we were afraid to use it, not to mention it was a sauna in them. The room was dirty still had wrappers and smelled. The ac didn't work too good and sounded like a drip coming from it. The drains didn't go down fast enough to shower without a puddle. The exhaust fan inthe bathroom didn't run and was super steamy and the paint had water damage on the ceiling due to no ventilation. The lights kept flickering like the bulbs were bad in the bathroom and powder área. The hotel needs major upgrades, the couch looked like out of an 80's sitcom.

    I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel for a getaway. While the room was comfortable, the staff’s incredible honesty. Is what truly set this place apart. After getting home, I realized I had left my Tom Brady. stainless steel bottle. in the lobby. I sent an email which they responded rather quickly stating I left my Tom Brady steel bottle behind. I would like to send a special shout out to the staff there for locating it and securing it until I was able to retrieve it. Thank you so much again for going the extra mile.     The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, from the grand entranceway on. Hotel staff were warm, welcoming and helpful at every turn. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the hotel.     Hotel is in a great area, very close to Morton Arboretum. Staff very friendly. Indoor pool is heated which is wonderful. Hotel is showing its age in areas but very clean and overall a wonderful value for the cost. We’ll definitely be back!
