    The hotel is massive. The hallway carpet made it very hard to wheel our large bags and we were not offered a porter. Our room was very well decorated but very disappointed to splurge for this kind of a hotel and find a large paper shopping bag full of empty food containers in the room. The balcony also had an empty food container on the ground and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom was very well decorated. Found hair in the tub so I decided against the bath. The shower curtain was missing the part that holds water in so I ended up having to wipe down the entire bathroom floor. We got burgers at “Reds” and found the food and service to be great.

    The hotel is visually gorgeous, and the food was delicious. My room was clean and had a great view. The staff were always helpful and professional with any requests.

    Great hotel, great staff and food is very good. Airplane noise can be a lot for some people so be prepared if you're sensitive to constant jet engine noise. It starts about 5am and stops about midnight. I like the noise for sleeping so it didn't bother me.

    Dizzying But Comfortable

    I came here for a business conference, having only previously stayed in the tower and not since 2014. It's so different during the summer and in the main room area! I've previously avoided the central rooms because of noise concerns and because the elevators are always so busy at other events. This time it was super smooth, though the 10th floor is really high up when walking those paths to and from the elevators. I particularly enjoyed that they still have a bathtub.

    Everything was very good except for the cleanliness. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, but the bedsheets or mattress had a very strong unpleasant odor whenever I lay down. It smelled very unhygienic and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though they moved me to another room, I still had the same concern, and it left me feeling really uneasy.
