    We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. Not this time around. I think we just got unlucky. We paid almost $900 a night for a room that smelled of cigarettes, had mold in the bathroom and had a view of a brick wall. The concierge was unable to give us a different room upon continued requests. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again.     Great Location. Friendly and Helpful Staff.

    Great location, quiet and clean room. I upgraded to the executive tower for more space and it worked well for our group of 4 (mom with three teen girls 15, 16, 18). It would have been perfect had the beds been queens instead of doubles. The location is perfect too - directly across the street from Nordstrom and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Service was friendly and helpful.     A Beautiful Hotel with Employees who Make a Difference

    This is a beautiful hotel and our room in the Grand Tower was lovely. However, the real beautiful part of this hotel is the kindness and friendliness of the employees. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name but our maid went out of her way to get me mouthwash; Fredy, at the front desk was very personable and kind; and finally, as we left, we met Will, the doorman who was wonderful in helping us find our over and sent us off with a smile. Kudos to IHG for hiring such good people!     Poor customer service, unfriendly front staff, mildew smelling hallways, flying insects in the bathroom. Worst is that they tried to downgrade my already confirmed suite room.
