    It was not fun at all. It was roach infested!!! The breakfast was poor quality & the breakfast cleaner had an attitude.

    I didn’t have any fun!!!!! The person who checked me in had a very rude attitude!! They had visible blood stains in the bed and it was very unsanitary and they’re very disrespectful. If I could give it 0 stars I would! I don’t recommended this hotel to anyone! And to top it off when we were leaving they tried to add unnecessary money to our bill!!! So don’t ever go here if you do not like roaches!! We had to wake up out of our sleep to see a roach on the floor we had to move rooms & it still wasn’t that sanitary!!!! So from my perspective and my visual seeings and spottings don’t ever go here unless you wanna have a roach next to you !!!

    I really like the place mainly the front desk is super cool. Idk about any other place Ive been who has been authentic and real as Hardy was and remains to be. He's a man of integrity and doesn't treat you like every other hotel does. Helped in insurmountable ways. If i cld give him 5 stars i would. Downside jacuzzi isn't coming back so wish i would've known before booking.

    - Cleanliness: Typical 2-star hotel treatment. Faint cigarette smell.- Noise: Walls are thin. We could hear neighbor’s TV.A couple was arguing loudly in the hallway at midnight. Hotel didn’t do anything about it.- Pet policy: THE WORST. Here’s what they state on their hotel policy, “Pet Allowed - 2 pets max. Cats and dogs only. 75 lbs or less per let”, “Fees - Non-refundable 25 USD nightly for up to 2 pets.” We stayed there with our 2 dogs for 1 night. Each dog weights 50 lbs. Instead of charging us 25 USD “for up to 2 pets”, they charged us $25 EACH, so $50 total. We asked for the manager, who firmly denied their policy. “I see what you’re saying, but that’s not what we do here,” he said.Had we known the inflated pet fees, we would have stayed somewhere nicer that allowed pets with cheaper price.

    Staff very courteous, room was clean . I enjoyed my stay in will definitely stay again for my future travel back to Chicago.
