This airport hotel is located in the great Windy City of Chicago and is just 20 km from downtown. Conveniently situated less than 1.5 km from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, as well as next door to the Rosemont Theatre and within easy access of the Allstate Arena, this property is a destination unto itself. Facility

556 rooms, including 70 junior suites, 315 single rooms and 169 double rooms, are located on 13 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     THE TEMPERATURE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS 10-15 degrees too hot at almost all times. I woke up in a pool of my own sweat 3/4 days here. The bedding and pillows are awful. Just horrendous. The conference rooms, despite being very large, were just as hot. Bright lights have been pointing right into my window at night and there is no real way to make the room darker.     Poor customer service !

    One simple thing can ruin your stay - if you are booking through Booking.com they are not able to issue any invoice nor receipt. A bit carzy, isn't it ? Why they cooperate with Booking.com if they are not able to do a simple thing.And the staff at the reception is defenietly unfriendly. Never more !     We always use Loew's O'Hare Hotel park and fly when we fly out of O'Hare. The parking is connected to the hotel, there are plenty of fast elevators, the beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of eating options (including room service), their shuttle runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours per day, and the employees are very friendly!     Park sleep fly so worth it

    Park sleep and fly was so worth it! Can’t even believe the deal we got for this quality of hotel and our car will be covered in a garage until we return. Very similar cost to just parking and storing our car for the week but we have a 3 hour drive from home in Michigan so the option to stay the night before and shuttle easily to airport was well worth it!     At first, I was disappointed when I heard the conference was at an airport hotel, but Lowes quickly changed my mind about that. It's a very classy place with top-notch rooms. I was completely satisfied. They honored my request to switch from a king to a two queen room without being reminded. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very quiet...I never heard any other guests when in my room. I had a lot of luggage, and the bell services staffer helped me with my bags all the way up to the top levels of the parking garage. It was a lovely event space with delicious breakfasts and lunch. I appreciated the gender neutral restrooms near the session rooms. I also felt it was a good price for the level of accommodation.
