    WORST PLACE EVER!

    The condition of the property is significantly different from what is presented in their listing photos and description. Upon arrival, we found multiple serious issues, including: Missing security lock on the room door, Entrance doors to the downstairs suite areas do not lock automatically, creating a serious security risk for guests, Torn curtains and damaged furniture with visible burn marks, Loose faucet causing water to spill uncontrollably, Missing towel racks with exposed holes in the wall, Stained and visibly dirty carpet, A fire alarm sounding throughout the night with no response from emergency services! These conditions not only fall far below acceptable standards, but also raise serious safety concerns.

    This hotel is ABSOLUTELY disgusting I mean it should honestly be closed down it looks like a motel nothing about it gives suites the manager refused to refund me my money back for this room even though I didn’t stay here if I could give this place ZERO stars I most definitely would this hotelIs nasty please do NOT stay here if you expect it to be nice it’s not . This place should actually be shut down due to it being so disgusting ! It’s just absolutely horrible and it’s smells horrible..

    Despite what you may read, THER IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. Lyft was around $22Getting into the city is at least twice that.Toilet is about to fall off of its mount. Door was difficult to close and lock.Internet weak and slow.Did have hot water, decent bed and towels."Breakfast", such as it was, amounted to a few dry cookies, some cereal and dried coffee out of a jar. You put in the hot water. Masty.Good news: there's decent coffee at the Dunkin's just next door.Quiet enough despite its proximity to Ohare.

    The worst hotel room I've every stayed in. Toilet didn't flush, heavy smoking on no-smoking floor, food and dirt on the floors and walls, holes in the walls, a general fear for my safety, etc. etc.Checked out after one night of a four night stay and was initially told that we would be refunded for the three next nights, only to be charged for the full stay and to be told we need to speak to the manager to process a refund - and then to be told the manager does not have a phone number and that the employees never know when the manager will be in.The services provided are not just horrible but criminal, we were charged in full for services not rendered. I will be filing a formal legal complaint. Do not stay at this hotel.

    Its ok for an overnight or a few days. Just be aware the shuttle never seems to be in operation. I booked here, thinking I could save a little bit, by making use of the airport shuttle and public transport. I would have been better staying closer to the city. Shuttle doesn't operate. Cleanliness is average at best. It could do with a bit more cleaning. Breakfast is literally just cereal and coffee. Not even a choice of beverage, just coffee. choice of cornflakes or cherios cereal. Thats it. It is breakfast I suppose, and was fine for me. But just a warning incase you are expecting an actual continental breakfast, I think that term is a bit overkill for what is actually offered. But this is a great spot for a few days. quiet staff nice, clean enough. It was fine for me. just don't expect too much.
