    You don’t have to spend a lot to have comfortable rooms. adequate hot breakfast and great location. Quiet rooms, helpful staff and clean building are welconed. Good location to not be afraid in. Some updates would be enjoyed but overall i would stay here again.

    I travel often for business and personal and I must say, this hotel was one of the worst hotels I've seen in a very long time. The hotel is old and has not been maintained well. I reserved a double bed suite, the room was dirty, stains on the carpet and sofa, there was trash on the floor, stains on the walls, the bathrooms were dirty. The list goes on and on. I informed the front desk and requested for my room to be cleaned (as they had no other suites available) and my requests were ignored. I don't recommend staying at this hotel. I requested a refund, the management staff offered me a credit for a future night stay at the property. I will never stay at this property again.

    Unethical, additional charges, worst experience in a hotel

    Was charged a pet fee of $150 and I did not bring nor do I own a pet!!!! Called to discuss it with the hotel, however the manager will not return my phone call.Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. And I am even a Choice rewards member. Completely unacceptable. Choice hotels will not help because each hotel is individually owned

    Bed bugs and loose shower heads

    I reserved 4 rooms 1/19-1/22/2024 for family. The first night family were awake by the bed bugs(and we do have video of the bugs) they were bitten by in room 210, they were moved to the 4 floor. Family members in room 204 shower head was loose and spraying water to the floor. Both items were reported and the staff acted if it was no big deal. We even asked for them to complete an incident report for the bed bugs bites and it wasn’t done. We were informed to contact the manager who is Sunny Patel, I have called several times and he has not been available.

    This place is in desperate need of TLC. Broken/damaged/soiled furniture, mold, chipped paint. I really had the impression that I shouldn’t touch things in the room. We literally lifted the mattress to check for bedbugs before we decided to stay. We only needed two nights, thankfully. Admittedly we chose this place for the price but we suffered the consequences. Good enough to lay our heads down for two nights but I was dissatisfied to say the least. The woman at the front desk for check out was pleasant, more so than the young man who checked us in. If you can pay more to stay elsewhere, spend the money!
