Beware when booking thru Airline!!

Start to finish- misleading and awful. My flight was delayed overnight and I was provided a discount to this hotel thru United Airlines. Confirmation did not include phone number to call for shuttle from airport. I called customer service and was given number. The first call went unanswered and the second was picked up and put on hold for FORTY minutes, no one ever responded to my being on hold, I simply gave up. I attempted to cancel at the airport since I could not obtain a ride, but my booking was nonrefundable.I got an uber! And on arrival was given a room in a separate building. The building was stark and had no elevator. The room did not look as described (see photos). The shower did not function properly and the water never got hot. I suspect that booking thru the United Airlines link triggers being booked in the crappy out building, but the price is still exactly the same. I suppose it was better than sleeping on the floor at OHare, but would not recommend

We have stayed here 1 5 times and just keeps going downhill. We accepted that it was budget and the rooms were not great but clean. The last 3 times.. zero hot water! Manager would not do anything about it or compensate in any way. Mostly ignored by front desk. We will not stay here again and do not recommend!

Nice experience before flight

Quality InnWe stayed here for 1 night in a Sleep, Park, Fly package for a very reasonable price. We requested a first floor room due to difficulty with stairs (no elevator) and were given that. We had room 159 which was close to one exit making it easy to bring in luggage. The staff that were at the desk at various times and were friendly and helpful were Brenda, Louisa, and Ruby. A man whose name I didn’t get and worked in the breakfast area was also friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was adequate and enough to get us to our travel location. The room was clean even though it was older. The bed was comfortable. There were sufficient USB outlets and good lighting. WIFI and TV worked well. What I liked as a woman is that there were 3 mirrors including a full length mirror and also a sink that were outside the bathroom. This made it easy to do my makeup while someone else was in the shower. This place included a shuttle to the airport for departure and arrival. Each were on time with about a 15 minute ride. When we got back from our trip our car was safe and sound. We would recommend this for the night before our flight.Also in the building was the Q Bar & Grill restaurant. The food was good and in large proportions for the price. It was nice when we arrived to be able to have dinner without leaving the building.I would recommend this place.

Disappointment = no breakfast!!!!!

We stayed at the hotel two nights so we could park our cars there during our vacation. The first night we left well before breakfast. The second night we looked forward to feeding the crew before our long car trip home. Guess what???? No breakfast. There was coffee because they always have coffee but this morning nothing to eat. Someone had been in an accident but the manager didn't even order donuts or anything to eat. How much would that have cost??????? So we ended up spending about $40 on something to feed the kids on the way home!!!!!!Our room was small and had about the shortest toilet anyone has ever seen.So thanks but no thanks.

After a long day with a delayed flight from London, this hotel was just what we needed. A comfortable bed, a good breakfast and a shuttle from and to the airport. The reception staff were very helpful. The internet wasn’t very strong but was good near the reception
