Location

Located in the heart of Chicago, the hotel is walking distance from the Aon Center and the Wrigley Building. Also nearby are Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago. There are many bars, clubs and restaurants nearby and the hotel is 500 m from the Tribune Tower and the Chicago Cultural Center, and Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 29 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 18-storey building with a lift and 334 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     If possible don't stay in this hotel

    Starting from day one we had lot of problem . Actually we stayed in hotel as our relation had booked hotel for their son's wedding. No ammunities. No shower cap and no proper bathroom ammunity. Only 2 bottles of water . When we asked guest service for any thing it come very late or at least one hour . Staff in hotel little ride ( few people) one shower gel which is less . There were days when they didn't clean rooms at all. If they clean it will be very late . Even if we go out they won't clean room at that time

    I had a reservation at this hotel for june 6-9,2026. I called them to confirm my reservation and found out it had been cancelled back in april. they gave no reason or apology , they just did'nt seem to care that they ruined our vacation plans. Now we have had to cancel all other other reservations in Chicago because of this. Also I am a handicapped senor citizen who was really looking forward to this trip. If you book a room at this unscrupulous hotel watch out that this doesnt happen to you. They offered no compinsation for there mistake and know were out several hundred dollars on non-refundable reservations.     Location was wonderful. Rooms were somewhat small and had no refrigerator had to request a small one which wasn’t sufficient for my overall stay but we made it work. I paid for my stay in advance and they only put me on the 6th floor I think ppl who pay in advance should get first access to higher level floors as we didn’t get to see from very far up.
