    Felt like I was in a hotel from the 60s and 70s. Hooks where a picture should have been no light over the vanity instead they put a lamp with outlets on the sink. Towels were thread bear. Little refrigerator needed to be replaced. Bed very hard.     I recently stayed at this location in Alsip, and it was a disappointing experience. The place was filthy, and there seemed to be a well-orchestrated scam happening. I couldn’t bring myself to stay any longer and left as soon as I could . I absolutely would not recommend this place .     This hotel was thee absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in in my life! So bad that I initially reserved 2 nights, but checked out early after only one night. Front desk staff was very nasty and unprofessional. EVERYTHING in the room was FILTHY! Dirty sheets, towels, floor, walls. Tub had black mold/mildew. Shower curtain rod broken about to fall off the wall. Bugs covering the walls in the hallways. This hotel needs to be shut down, completely renovated and then reopened. Then, in addition to all this, the kicker is they have the nerve to charge a $100 deposit hold! I will NEVER stay here again!     When I stayed for a week we got the best customer service with the cleaning and the person at the service desk . I also stayed the following week behind it and still had the best experience.     Worst Travel Site Experience Ever

    This location is not a safe place to stay. It is located in a bad area of town. I certainly would not stay there by myself and wouldn't let my family out of the car there if they were with me. I walked into the room and observed a non-smoking room sign but the room smelled like the worst stale smoke odor you can think of. I spent less than five minutes in the room and my clothes and bags smelled terribly for the remainder of my trip. I left and found another place to stay. As a result of this experience and there is no way to get my money back, I will never utilize TripAdvisor again. Ever!
