    We would give it a 0 (zero) if we could. Room was clean, fine. The front desk AI entity to check us in and answer questions was abominable!! Unhelpful, unfriendly, unhuman. There was no way to get to a person. Very bad. The place has peeling paint and exterior halls and stairs cluttered with trash. The TV audio was 5 seconds behind the video -- difficult to watch. We didn't find closed captioning or we would have used it with no sound. We have stayed there previously, and all was fine for a budget hotel. Not this time!!
