    Depressive service too many bad experience with one issue or another

    Can't wait until the management changes...reviews are worst from when I left,many responses will inform managment three years and nothing corrected what's the point of informing them I stop going due to them always trying to steal from my deposits always taking two three trips to get my money back, will not return until new professional management is changed over,so many complaints with them in the last few years and nothing has changed.     I have a job that requires me to travel. I was going to a destination and needed a place to rest and get a shower to continue my travels. I made the reservation got to the property at 5 AM which reminds you check out is at 11 AM so that have been seven or six hours that I would occupy the room. The man at the desk tells me that they don’t have a room for mebecause I waited till 5 AM to check in while I wasn’t gonna arrive there until 5 AM so what else was I supposed to do? I already informed them that it’s gonna be 5 AM when I made the booking on the notes but he goes on to tell me that if I come back with cash, she will have me a room. What the crap is that they were rude. The outside the place was nasty so I’m glad I went somewhere else. They don’t have a drink machine. There was glass bottles broken all in the parking lot so I guess I’m fortunate that he turned me away, but I couldn’t get a refund on my room to get my money back because he denied my refund through the third-party company I used to book the room and what kind of crap is that I never even stayed in a room there at 5 o’clock that morning you knew I weren’t gonna I wasn’t gonna stay in a room there come 3 PM check-in why did he deny my requested? I have my money to return to me. Be careful if you stay there. These people are money hungry they’re greedy and our place is pretty nasty.     This place is disgusting.

    Save your money. Avoid this place at all cost. The room is dirty and musty—so much so, the towels are damp and sprinklers are rusty. The wall next the shower is literally bulging. Bugs are plentiful. The floor is disgusting. We’re in a pet room which doesn’t have sealed-off bed frames; I fear what my poor cats may have caught or encountered under there. The mattress feels like coils and the sheets are scratchy. Avoid avoid.     Customer Service at its best!

    As soon as I stepped in the door. I was greeted with a smile. I was told my room would be upgraded becsuse what I booked was sold out. No problem thank you. Next, I asked for suggestions for restaurants it was point on. Lastly, they are pet friendly!!! Kudos for that. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely be staying there on my next stay.     DO NOT BE FOOLED. Drugs out back with people partying all through the lot. Room was flooded, as you see in picture buckets under sink wasn't working.
