    Excellent front desk customer service with Cora and Toni, excellent restaurant and property! I want to note that I had problems checking into another local hotel. I left their property and checked in at the Hilton North Brook. Cora and Toni went out of their way to upgrade my room to a bigger room, highly recommended their on-site restaurant. I had a fantastic stay thanks to Cora and Toni. Thank you for turning around my trip to Chicago. I so appreciate you both.     Pros: Beautiful facility, friendly professional staff, good breakfast in the club lounge.Cons: Waited 45 minutes at the Metra station for the hotel shuttle, evening food at club lounge was a pretzel with a small cheese cup, the bar/restaurant one evening only had one bartender and No servers with about 75 customers.     Suburban bargain!

    This hotel is now part of the Marriott chain. My room was a good size, nice view and quiet. Towels great, bed decent but the lumpy pillows awful. Ask for the newer ones! Concierge floor has a nice breakfast with excellent staffing. Entire staff welcoming and professional and 5 stars on overall cleanliness. The food quite good which is important as the location off a busy highway not close to much. The rate is a bargain!     Sheraton Brand Needs Improvements

    This hotel was a bittersweet one night stay. We came for my 50th high school re-union celebration in August 2025. Unfortunately, per my advanced stored online requests, the hotel didn't honor which was frustrating. Specifically, when I again had asked the front desk girl NOT for us to be placed next to potentially VERY LOUD ALL NIGHTER wedding party groups?! Why can't these hotels fulfill these simple requests? And, guess what? We were and my wife got NO good sleep! I always have learned to wear ear plugs while sleeping in hotels! Secondly, the room had NO mini refrigerator. On the plus side the bed mattress was comfortable. The lobby bar was good but kind of pricey for cocktails. 15 bucks for a smaller house Margarita? The location was convenient to Pinstripes Bowling & Restaurant next door along with a Whole Foods, some eateries and Starbucks across the street (traffic light). Not so sure we'd stay here again because of the lack of attention to details.
