  Showed up for my reservation at 7pm and was told there were no clean rooms with several people ahead of me. Check in is at 4 pm.   Don’t expect much in terms of the shuttle or customer service.

  I haven’t even left the airport yet and I’m dreading our stay. We’ve been waiting at the airport for 50 minutes. Apparently we missed the shuttle because we were told it was red and white and had the hotel logo on it. Well heads up, it’s not and it doesn’t. It’s all white, does not say sleep inn, and the driver doesn’t stop to ask if you’re waiting for a shuttle. Then when we called and I said I hadn’t seen a red and white shuttle, she kept repeating herself and then hung up on me. My husband called and got the same response without much help. So apparently the customer service sucks too. It’s now been 55 minutes and I’m still waiting at door #2. 😡 General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Sleep Inn Midway Airport, responded to this review Thank you for sharing what happened.   Dirty rooms, smoke smell even though a non smoking property. We had to change rooms 3 times due to broken equipment issues or cleanliness. The 1st had dirty towels in the refrigerator and stains all over the carpet. The 2nd had non working outlets that were needed for medical equipment. The 3rd had a non working that tv that finally got fixed after several hours. The sheets were stained and dirty and every room smelled musty and stale. I will commend the front desk staff as they were friendly and did their best to try and remedy the issues,but I would NEVER stay here again. It would be better to sleep in your car.   My wife were there from 7-23 to 7-27-25. Desk rep Mary Jo (MJ) was absolutely incredible in her service and suggestions. We highly recommend this property, as well as Mary Jo!   FRAUDSTERS WITHOUT SHAME. STAY SOMEHERE ELSE. SLEEP INN MIDWAY IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. THEY WILL TACK ON THE SMOKING FEE.

  They charged me the smoking fee of $250 and I don't smoke; much less in one of their rooms. Their main office (?) said they couldn't do anything about it. Not the first time I've had issues with this ghetto hostel. It will definitely be the last.
