    Had a contract with this hotel for our staff for an event being held nearby. Hotel was overbooked so no rooms were available upon arrival we were spread out among the floors. One elevator. Homeless people checking out when we arrived. An (indian) wedding party also stayed Saturday night and their kids were up all night running the halls on all floors making noise. Rooms were not well kept. This is a hotel to avoid and they should be ashamed to charge us the rate they did.     Very Comfortable place, I stayed for 3 days and it was convenient with good service, breakfast and cleanliness.They are close to notable places and restaurants. Very friendly staff and quick response if there is any problem. They have all the amenities, Gym and all those a hotel would, with a great ambience.     Nice stay, but worrying “visit”

    Lovely, comfortable room, lots of towels & washcloths. HOWEVER, be very careful of your belongings! We ate breakfast in their dining area (just ok, not great), and were back in our room about 8:15am and packing our things. I heard the door opening, no knock or "housekeeping!" call. On the other side of the door, a woman in a Staff uniform was trying to enter our room. No housekeeping cart. At 8:30am, there should be NO reason for housekeeping to enter an occupied room. She just smirked at me and walked away. Why? What possible reason for her to try to enter our room when we could have been eating downstairs. I hate to think the worst, but on retrospect, I truly wonder about her motives for entering our room. Choice Hotels, I am very upset about this occurrence and wonder what would have happened had we not been in the room.     Beware! Took our money but didn’t give us a room.

    We booked a night’s stay through booking.com - the reservation allowed us one opportunity to change the date of our stay, which we ended up having to do. We got an email from booking.com assuring us that the new date was confirmed. When we got to the hotel they did not honour the change in reservation (even though they had space and I had an email confirming the date change). So they took our money but didn’t give us a room. Ridiculous. They need to figure out their communication with their third party providers and not make guests pay when the issue is between the hotel and booking.com. This is the definition of terrible customer service. I’d recommend you stay somewhere else to avoid getting into this situation.
