    The location and size of apartment is great. But the rest is below average. Cleanliness from the entrance to the apartment needs a lot of work. Breakfast is appalling, to say the least. Cold - service and quality - and self service in plastic plates and cutlery. Better not to have breakfast included! And information on the website regarding parking is misleading! It says on site parking available but it’s only valet at 70$ a night!! There’s no self parking option which it does not say on the website.

    Very good hotel off the Magnificent Mile

    This is a very nice hotel in a swanky part of town. It's right off the Magnificent Mile and within 5 minutes of Water Tower Plaza. There is easy access to bus routes that will take you to most points of the city. It's a little more of a walk to get to the L.The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious and I didn't notice anything in need of repair. The front desk workers are very friendly and accommodating.The price is reasonable, overall. I think the breakfast is decent, but could be a tiny bit better with more variety. I'm also not a fan of the check-in policy. It's pretty late and you have to pay $40 if you want to check in early. This doesn't seem to be a big issue at most hotels, which tend to let you in early if a room is cleaned.

    Great location – two blocks to Lake Michigan or, going the opposite way, Michigan Ave.. Room are very nice room: spacious, clean, big comfortable bed, full kitchen with coffee maker. The buffet breakfast included is good but, oddly you have to go to the nearby lobby to get coffee. All plates and utensils are paper or plastic. Additionally, you bus your own plates. It is probably me, but I didn’t like that the toilet paper was one-ply. The check-in staff were friendly. I arrived at noon but check in was 4pm. They charged me an extra $25 for access to my room. If you are fairly active, you can pretty much walk the Central Business District and along the river walk. So many great things to see along the way. Highly recommended as a 3-Star hotel.

    This was our first time in Chicago and our 2nd hotel to visit. First vibe was lovely reception entrance and friendly staff. Our room was lovely,and was our anniversary we got bottle of fizz/ chocolate covered strawberries. Lovely touch. Went to bar and met very friendly Lucy. We probably kept going back for drinks because of Lucy. So friendly and informative. We had loads to ask,as our 1st visit to Chicago.Also another member grey haired man with glasses I think or not but lovely man. Lucy mentioned he had been to a funeral. Definitely wld recommend this hotel for food, location and staff.

    Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent location. Reception was efficient at check in & out. You do have to pay an additional $500 security deposit. Suite was huge. Kitchen looked well equipped but we didn’t use it. Stayed on 17th floor, very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom could do with updating, but overall everything was extremely clean. Room is only serviced every 5 days. I think it should have been serviced at least once mid stay, not on day 5….the day before we are checking out. We did ask for clean towels at reception & they were sent up straight away. Breakfast was great. Plenty of bacon/sausage & eggs & spicy potato chunks, bagels, toast, juice, cereal. Also a nice addition was the all day free coffee in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.
