  The bed was the only thing that was good about this hotel. The bathrooms are old, the hallways are very dated. The breakfast was horrible with very limited selection and rotten fruits.

  I purposely postponed writing this review because I was very disappointed and angry with the management and how poorly I was treated by the manager. I am still disappointed but I am no longer angry which allows me to keep to the facts. With that said, there is absolutely no way I would refer ANYONE to this hotel. I was charged for a room that I did not use because "the maid cleaned up a room". Just because the maid cleaned a room doesn't mean I occupied that room. The room could have been assigned to another customer--which I believe is what happened. When I checked my bank account online I saw I received two separate charges for a room. I immediately called the hotel and asked to speak to a manager. You would have thought I asked to speak to the King of England. After a series of questions, I was allowed to speak to the manager who told me he would look into it and call me back. Needless to say, he did not call me back so I called him back. He gave me the excuse listed above for his reason for not reimbursing me for the error made by the hotel. As I was speaking to him, he abruptly hung the phone up on me. He never returned any of my calls. Bottom line, I am out of approximately $125 for a room that I never had. Secondly, the hotel needs to be updated and the use of cleaning chemical minimized. The smell is annoying and lingers throughout the halls and rooms. The breakfast is lacking and shouldn't be considered a breakfast. Looking at the hotel from the outside is very misleading. It is rare that I write negative reviews. A place or experience has to be really bad for me to do so. This hotel deserves a negative review. I would advise Comfort Inn to get new management or remove their name from this hotel. People expect certain qualities from a brand. This hotel delivered none.

  I booked reservations back in April for a July stay, but when I arrived, the place was shut down. I called customer service, and not only did they seem unaware of the closure, they also tried to charge me twice the original rate for the same dates. I strongly recommend that you call before booking—this location is currently closed.

  This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. This was supposed to be a comfort inn, but as you’ll see in the pictures, I think they lost their comfort inn franchising status. We found hairs in our bedding and on our towels, paint on our towels, the room had no baseboards and the floor was dirty (the towel turned black when rubbed on the floor!), the lobby was torn apart and the hallways were dirty with trash. The AC did not work and today hit almost 90 degrees. The advertising pictures are extremely misleading and possibly taken from other hotels. When I asked for a refund, a strange mystery man (blue shirt in one of the pictures) stood behind me, and watched me as I pulled out to take a picture of the building. THE SIGN SAYING COMFORT INN IS GONE. Needless to say we did not stay for more than an hour. STAY!! AWAY!!

  The front desk associate Jay is a con man who will swindle you out of your deposit the breakfast host named Wisdom will flirt with you making you extremely uncomfortable and is very perverted overpriced mediocre rooms that are gross especially the bedding
