    Almost Perfect Stay at Staybridge Suites Lincolnshire

    I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Lincolnshire and overall had a very positive experience. The property is comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the location is excellent for both work trips and personal travel.The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which I genuinely appreciated.The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of a small issue with a food order. I requested a chicken sandwich, but what arrived instead were chicken tenders. The invoice also showed a lower price than what I had paid online. I still ate the meal because I was very hungry, but it was not what I had ordered.Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else was great. If I return to the area for work or any other reason, I would definitely consider staying here again.

    Very nice. Breakfast, evening social dinner. Rosi is great. Pet friendly. Have EV chargers, as i have Tesla its great option to stay here.     It was okay for business travel. A bit old hotel and rooms are old. Good for family who are traveling. Breakfast was not that great not much options.     First and Last Stay

    Booked two nights at the Staybridge Suites to attend a family gathering in the area. While the hotel and room were nice there were several incidents that needed attention that could easily been prevented by staff. Shortly after arriving in our room we found two large bags of garbage (old food and fast food wrappers) under the kitchen sink that hadn't been removed when the room was cleaned after the previous occupant. My husband took the garbage to the front desk to find a place to throw it away and the desk clerk didn't seem real concerned. We later went to the pool for a swim but there were no towels so we had to walk back to our room dripping wet. Later that night I had to go to the front desk for bedding for the pull out couch. I was told there wasn't any. I asked for a sheet at minimum. The desk clerk eventually gave me a blanket she found in the dryer. The grand finale was when I observed a man in the parking lot attempting to enter guest vehicles. He was also intimidating guests returning to the hotel. I told the desk clerk that a man was trying to enter cars in the guest parking lot. Her response was "oh wow". I was hoping she would notify the police. When it became clear that she hadn't I called them myself. Kudos for the quick response from Lincolnshire PD. This is a beautiful hotel but their staff really needs some job training. I don't think a clean room, towels at the pool, bedding for all the beds and a safe parking lot is asking too much.
