    Avoid the second floor & housekeeping steals from Guests

    This is a strong warning that the second floor is in deplorable condition and doesn't even have a working fire extinguisher. Carpets in corridor are filthy with feces stains and strong odor. Guests leave garbage 🗑 piled high in the ice room including baby diapers. Most importantly my $1400 Rose gold diamond ring was stolen by a housekeeper named Norma that I can guarantee is an illegal and probably has stolen here before.I had requested housekeeping multiple times and had given the front desk ample notice but after the third try An angry knock at 1:30 pm with loud, volatile arguing between the housekeepers jolted me.Norma was forced to clean my room and to punish me made loud banging noises in my bathroom scaring my pets. When she finished she ordered me by making hand gestures to put my pets in the bathroom and she stole my $1400 diamond snake ring from a selenite stick resting on my bed table. I only noticed it was missing two hours later but she had left for the day. A friend of mine staying a few doors away from me also had $500 worth of clothes stolen from her room too. Walls and ceiling were peeling, there were mold stains on the bathroom tiles and the toilet seat was broken but no one came to fix it.A mentally ill woman also threatened to physically harm me during my stay.You've been warned

    I paid for a reservation for a handicap accessible king suit and there is absolutely nothing accessible about the bathroom. And the manager is rude and disrespectful. Don't come here. They have no compassion. Read some of the other reviews. It's bad. They all have had issues like this. They should not be representing Choice hotel chain. I will file a complaint with the States Attorney and let the ADA compliance department know. It's late I'm tired and hopefully we will be at another hotel tomorrow for my dad.

    This place is absolute garbage! Avoid at all costs! Seriously, if I could give it a -1 rating I would. My 8 year old son was scared to stay here with light not working, bed not made and cockroaches. Stains on bedsheet and cigarette butts on balcony. Linen was dirty and door lock didn't work.

    Comfortable quiet stay, can't complain really but I did get a feeling the area is kind of sketchy. Very limited (next to nothing) for breakfast. Internet is very slow. I got the feeling a few of the 'guests' are actually 'residents', definitely not business or leisure travelers. I would only stay there again because I use Choice hotels exclusively for my business travel. Its ok, just get breakfast at McDonalds.

    Arrived after booking months in advance to be told the shuttle no longer runs to the airport as promised. They said theyd discount the rule to pay for a taxi. Fine, except they charged my card the dissounted rate AND the full rate three weeks later. Refused to refund.
