    Only if you're desperate

We stayed here because of a flight cancellation and it being the only place available. It's a dump. The shower was stained with dirt and had a moldy shower curtain. The towels and sheets were stained and the blankets had cigarette burns.

    Poor motel, nice managers.

I booked a room - King Bed, Mobility Accessible Room, Non-Smoking. Room was 137. The bathroom had a roll-in shower but NO grab bar at the toilet. The description clearly said "raised toilet seat with grab bars". All the other Wyndham motels we stayed at during our trip had grab bars at the toilet. My wife slipped down and fell one night getting up from the toilet during our stay. She did not hurt herself, fortunately. The managers at this motel are extremely nice & helpful but the description needs to be changed, or the motel needs to have a grab bar installed. A raised toilet seat is not necessary but a grab bar is. Otherwise, the room was refurbished, clean, comfy bed, good A/C, fridge, micro. Breakfast - apples, cereal, toast, muffins, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee.

I do not recommend this property

We were harassed for an hour regarding check-out, even though we had a late check-out at noon. He started in shortly after 11am and came several times to tell us to leave. There was literally one other vehicle in the parking lot besides mine - it wasn't like they were scrambling for rooms. As a gold member, I was offered noon check-out for free. He said he will charge me the normal $20 fee. I will dispute.

I stayed in a poor rundown hotel

    rating08 Aug 2025

The room I was initially assigned to on July 26th, 2025, room 207 was completely unsatisfactory. It stunk of smelly feet, BO, and of all the filthiness covering every inch of the room. The toilet nearly came off the wall, and slammed back against the wall when I got up. The sink was clogged with black sediments, the toilet paper roll was dirty, the toilet paper fixture was coming off the wall, the lampshades had a lot of dust on them, the chair was dirty and stained, and the tub had dirty stains. Within an hour of trying to settle into the room, I reported the clogged sink issue to the front desk staff, and was informed that no one was available to address the issue at that time. He said it would be addressed the next day which was Sunday, July 27th. At that time, I was informed a clog treatment was performed, and to wait an hour before using the sink. After the sink remained clogged after an hour, I gave it more time, and returned to the front desk to request air freshener spray to cover the smell that was in the room. It was inneffective! Hours passed and by the next morning, the sink remained clogged. Monday July 28th, I reported the clogged sink to front desk staff again. After being in the dysfunctional and disgusting room for 2 days, with limited use of its amenities, they finally offered to switch my room Monday morning. They moved me next door to room 205 (from 207). I went to talk to the front desk after I moved my belongings to the new room, and told the same clerk (who checked me into the room), he was so wrong for giving me a dirty awful room when I checked in on Saturday the 26th of July. He said he had no idea that the room was in such a condition that it was in, but I honestly didn't believe him.I paid good money for this hotel and am extremely upset that your establishment does awful things such as this, which is to give a guest an awful and disgusting room. Which was why I was amazed with the the new room, 205 was a decent room with no problems. I had thought that all the rooms were unsatisfactory like 207. Apparently not, which is appauling, knowing that a clean and functional room was available while I suffered in 207 for over half my stay. How that wasn't the first option is beyond normal logic or consideration for your guest. I would like someone to reach out to me to discuss this matter further.
