The hotel has 661 rooms, including 38 suites and 594 double rooms, which are located on 43 storeys and are reachable by lift.     Swissotel was wonderful - Emina & Simona took care of me and my family when we checked in and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was super clean and the view was beautiful. We will be coming back!

    Beautiful property.clean rooms . Fitness center updated equipment. Love the service I received from room service and the front desk . Kia had a pleasant and welcoming voice always willing to help anytime I called. Will be back soon for leisure. Lastly location is near everything no need to drive . 10/10 stay

    Cool hotel with a nice view of the river and the lake, butMandatory service fee of 40 dollars a night, obviously unexpected from the reservation.. :( that is not correct behavior)Part of it (15 dollars per day) could be used for the cafè but what if i want to have breakfast elsewhere? !

    Amazing hotel staff at Swissotel Chicago

    The staff at the Swissotel Chicago is very friendly and extremely helpful. As someone who is unfamiliar with the city of Chicago and how to navigate my way around the city, they were great at providing direction and guidance. Especially when traveling with a baby and a stroller. It is difficult to figure out best, safest paths with 3 different layers of city routes and the hotel staff is very helpful when I asked how to get to certain locations. It’s a great location by the Chicago Riverwalk with a great view. Great atmosphere at the lobby and the rooms are clean and spacious. The level we stayed at is far enough from any city noise and even then we don’t hear our neighbors at all. Order room service for breakfast and Simoun delivered our food within the 30 mins mark. Simoun is extremely friendly and thoughtful when placing the food on the table and making sure we had everything we need.
