    First time in this hotel and I loved it! Rooms are big and comfortable. Good breakfast! And the staff is the best, shoutout to Maria, Gina, Gladimir and Ignacio from the restaurant. And also to Rick from the Front Desk! All of them have a great attitude, and made my stay unforgettable!     We have stayed here for a business dinner several times over the past few years. The location is excellent but the property seems a bit outdated. The environment is a bit noisy, even after hours, although the last few times involved the Westin hosting multiple high school sports teams. The bathroom facilities could use an upgrade. I'm not sure if we will stay there next year, with other more moderately priced options available. We understand your concerns about the property feeling dated and the noise levels during recent stays, especially when larger groups have been in-house. We are currently in the middle of a multi-year renovation, and our team is excited about the enhancements being made throughout the hotel. Several updates have already included refreshed guest room bathrooms with the Heavenly Shower Experience, improvements to public areas, 1st and 2nd floor restrooms, fitness center, and upgrades to key guest touchpoints, with more to come. Your feedback about the bathroom facilities and overall value is helpful as we continue moving through these improvements.     I checked in on a Friday and had dinner at the hotel restaurant after driving 8 hours. I was with my two daughters. The bill came to $224 after tip. The waitress asked if I wanted to charge it in the room. Easy - I said sure. The next evening I looked at my bank account and there is a $424 charge. I inquired at the front desk. They said there is a $50 a day charge for incidentals when using a room charge. I said that still doesn’t make sense. I’m checking out on Sunday so only two nights. The young woman cldnt fully explain why they charged me an extra $200 but that I wld get it back in 3-10 business days. I said I was never informed of any extra charges at check in or when the waitress offered to charge it to my room. The front staff said that other hotels do this so basically oh well. Plus they didn’t have a manager on duty. Why on a Saturday night at 7:30pm when the hotel is packed a Manager isn’t on duty. Staff your hotel appropriately. So many things wrong with this hotel. I would not recommend.
