The hotel has 298 rooms, including 6 junior suites, 36 suites, 138 single rooms and 90 double rooms, which are located on 27 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Some room issues but really nice staff

    The carpet was old and stained. Pretty gross. The bed frame was beat up. The bathroom door was stuck so an adult had to open and shut it for the kids. The staff was very nice and professional.

    The Wit is fun, clean and well located. The roof is NOT to be missed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

    Our stay at TheWit Chicago was truly outstanding. The hotel is located on the L (noise was not an issue) at State and Lake. Although the adjacent State & Lake station was demolished a couple of months ago and will eventually be replaced, the next nearest L station was only about two blocks away. The hotel and rooms are nicely decorated. We were greeted by Beatriz, who checked us in early and upgraded our room as Diamond Hilton Honors members to a one-bedroom spa suite. Beatriz’s friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism turned out to be the norm for the entire staff, not only at the front desk, but also housekeeping, engineering (we had a small technical issue that was quickly addressed), the concierge, and the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant, a special shout out to Milthon who took great care of us at breakfast each morning. Each time we returned from touring, we were warmly welcomed back by the staff in the lobby. I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the world and was among one of the best stays I have experienced. Kudos to the entire team and their management who clearly lead by an example of excellence.

    I’ve stayed here a few times. Location is great and next to the rail system. The restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal! Staff is great and rooms are comfy and quiet.

    Strong choice for quick trip in loop

    TheWit was a strong choice for a midweek work trip to Chicago. The rooms felt relatively large by Chicago standards, everything was very clean, and the staff was personable and easy to deal with throughout the stay.The gym is on the smaller side, but still nicely kept and more than adequate for a quick workout. The main drawback was some street construction noise, but aside from that the hotel was impressively quiet. Overall, a very solid option for business travel with nice social options (rooftop bar) very convenient.
