    Perfect for a layover airport hotel,

    Checked in later in the day, staff was pretty pre occupied talking with each other. I was given wrong information by staff member on shuttle times. Day staff was very friendly and the breakfast workers were top notch. Rooms could use an update but the bed was comfortable. Check out was quick and easy.

    My husband and I traveled from Chicago to Tokyo and returned from Osaka 11 days later. We drove in, paid for the "Park, Fly, Sleep" program and headed to the airport. Upon our return the shuttle picked us up exactly where our instructions said that they would and took us to the hotel. We had been traveling for 28 hours and were so happy to climb into bed and crash.     Decent hotel, break fast was $15 pp and not with it. Avoid and just get IHOP across street for half cost and better taste. 100 character!!!!!!!!!!     If you are going to event at Allstate Arena, this isn't best parking option

    Before booking the reservation, I called to ask if I could park for two nights despite having a reservation for one night. I was told that was fine. I also asked if I could park in front of the hotel vs. one of their extended lots, especially since I wasn't trying to do the park-and-fly deal. I was told I'd be able to. Yet upon arrival, the parking lot by the hotel was full. It was exactly as other reviewers mentioned it - the lot is mainly dominated by spots reserved by the restaurant next door or the hotel next door. There were shockingly few spots blocked off for hotel guests. All these spots were full, so guests were directed to the extended lot that they had to drive to and take a shuttle from. This was exactly what I was trying to avoid. Furthermore, they said I couldn't park for two nights because they were overbooked. I specifically chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at the arena and didn't want to deal with parking at the venue, so this was all very disappointing. The rooms themselves were okay, 6.5 out of 10. The location *is* great for those going to the arena, but I'd look into Fairfield Inn & Suites next time, which is in the same location but has more designated spots. While we do our best to accommodate additional parking requests, extended parking is managed separately and can sell out in advance, especially during high‑demand periods like event weekends.During busy dates, on‑site parking often reaches capacity early, and extended parking may also become unavailable. We understand how disappointing it was to arrive expecting on‑site parking for two nights and find that this was no longer possible.Your comments regarding clearer communication, consistency among staff, and added support during check‑in have been shared with our management team. These are important areas we’re actively working to improve.     Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.Ye location was the best part for me because it was really close to where I was going to. (Concert at Allstate Arena). Totally recommend this place.
