    DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Firstly when our group arrived some of the rooms were not ready for us and we had wait for at least half an hour. Then when we finally got into our rooms they were absolutely disgusting. There were visible stains on the floor and on the sheets. There were clumps of hair in one room. There was no soap in either of the dispensers. Overall the rooms were disgusting and unprepared, do not go here.

    I have been a loyal Diamond Member for years, but after this experience, I am seriously questioning why I stay with this brand. If you value cleanliness, basic maintenance, or even having a bed to sleep in, stay away.I checked in via the app and received a digital key, confirming my arrival. Because of travel delays, I arrived at the property the following morning. Despite the fact that the room was already paid for and I was perfectly willing to pay for the night I missed, they gave my confirmed reservation away. I had to scramble at the last minute to find another place to stay while exhausted. A "confirmed" reservation apparently means nothing here.When I finally got into a room, I wish I hadn't. Calling it "shabby" would be a compliment.• The Bathroom: Absolutely disgusting. There were pubic hairs scattered all over the floor around the base of the toilet. It clearly hadn't been cleaned—or even looked at—by housekeeping.• The Ceiling: The paint in the shower was peeling off in large flakes, hanging over my head while I tried to wash.• The Bed: The mattress was completely caved in at the center. It felt like sleeping in a lumpy hammock.The lack of respect for top-tier loyalty members is staggering, but the lack of basic hygiene is unforgivable. I am beyond disappointed. I’ll never go back.

    I could not be more disappointed in this Hilton property, we had a group of 9 families for a basketball tournament! The SECURITY was constantly on our group but we had the best behaved kids I have seen in 5 years of coaching youth sports! The property should be embarrassed and their behavior!

    Quick and efficient check-in. But the condition of the room, I just can’t figure out how housekeeping can’t send a report to maintenance as part of an inspection process. However, the room was very quiet, and there was no noise from the HVAC system, which is rare for hotels anymore. Good choices for the breakfast as well.
