Great experience in downtown Dallas. Location is fantastic and the staff were great. Parking is a little confusing at first but sorted at check/in and very inexpensive given the downtown location. My only negative was the wifi was terrible. I couldn’t get the login prompt on my laptop and my phone was going in and out on the wifi signal in my room. A bit frustrating as I am an international traveler so data is pricey.Overall a positive stay and would recommend!

funky vibe

Stayed at the Aloft for a week while working an event at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Dallas. Clean, comfortable room in what seems to be a converted old brick building, the Aloft has a very funky vibe. The pool was a little chilly, and perpetually in the shade, which may be a benefit in July in Dallas, but wasn't that inviting during my stay in October. Convenient to many restaurants in the downtown area, and if you are driving, plenty of surface-level parking.

A Surprising Stay in Downtown Dallas

Surprised at how lovely our stay was the Aloft in Dallas. We were granted a spacious, clean, and beautiful room. Room was filled with light on the high floor and was perfect for our stay in the Dallas Downtown. Tons of parking space in at the lot. Area is relatively quite and safe, as always be watchful of your surroundings. Service was friendly and courteous. We didn't get to try the downstairs lounge and bar but we will leave that for next time. I'm certain that we will stay here again once the time comes.

Armel was a very nice and friendly, had amazing costumer service 10 out of 10 would definitely come back again and stay here again, staff was great and welcoming.
