  This location is perfect for a girls night out theres bomshells then 24 hr dennys and of course six flags. The room had black lights and walk in showers with granite, very clean and has nice staff. Every hotel will have guest that are just unmannered but the arlington pd response time is impeccable. Over all i loved my stay definitely worth a night away from the mommy life.

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in the US. Let’s see if I’m overreacting: first impressions the night of arrival, the lobby was filthy. Hair, dirt, leaves and debris all over the lobby and into the hallways. Checking into room 220, the filth didn’t stop at the entrance. The room smelled of cigarettes and didn’t look to have ever been cleaned in years. It was in the middle of the night after our flights were cancelled and I had my son with me so I thought “it will be fine, let’s just get some sleep.” That is, until I went in the bathroom. Pubic hair everywhere, blood spots on the shower walls, urine around the toilet and on the floor and no hot water at all. Leaving the room to go talk to the manager I interrupted a drug deal going on in the hallway and found a girl shooting up heroin in the stairway. I told the manager I want another room on another floor and preceded to tell him what I experienced. He showed me two additional rooms that were as bad or worse than the first until we finally got to room 414. This was the first room that didn’t have bodily fluids still on the sheets and the pillows looked clean. But the room was disgusting. I told him to grab a broom or whatever he had and have the room swept before I come back with my son. When my son and I came back, it was like a scene from a comedy, the manager didn’t have a dustpan and just preceded to sweep the unbelievable amount of hair and filth out into the hallway floor. He never said he would clean it from there, no, just ushered us to the room as if that was satisfactory. By this time it was after 3:00am and my son and I were exhausted. Still, no hot water water. I went back to the front desk and he said “they’ve had an issue with the hot water and it will be fixed by morning.” Morning came…no hot water. The next manager showed me, as if I needed to see, that he turned the hot water valve on now so it will be working now. That was alarming to see that they just turned the hot water off to the entire building knowingly. Then assured me it would work that evening, which it did. Unbelievable experience. With American Airlines cancelling over 70 flights for 48 hours, it was no wonder this was the only hotel with vacancy. Someone needs to investigate this establishment for the health and safety of others!

  Room did not have a fridge, did not have a microwave, the AC/heater did not work (outlet looked burnt), no ice box nor cups, there was no remote for the TV, and I was denied a late check out request. I was informed it didn’t matter that I was a gold member and I’d have to pay extra by the hour if I was to stay past check out.

  Room was clean but could tell that it hadn’t been used since the remodel. Only furniture in the room was the bed and desk chair.

  My 2 day stay at the hotel was nothing like advertised. I had to change rooms multiple times. Day 1: The first room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The second room did not have heat. The third room did not have a microwave or phone but we settled for it because we were tired from traveling. The front desk had to come up and troubleshoot the TV because the internet was not setup. The next morning, there was nothing to drink with breakfast so we ended up going out to eat which was money we hadn't budgeted. No ice bucket. We had to go downstairs because the ice machine on the floor did not work. We had to go into the laundry room to hear our food in the staff microwave. 2: We decided to sleep in since breakfast was a disappointment. The fire alarm woke us up early in the morning. We ended up just getting up and going to eat to get away from the blaring noise which would not stop until the fire department came out. The entire stay was stressful and we were not able to relax.
