    Lilliane is such a nice and helpful person, we didn’t know how to get the shower started because it’s a bathtub and she came to the room to help , very sweet and patient person. The reason why we come to this hotel is because of people like liliane- osman family

    Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. I was worried that being placed in a room near the elevators/ice machine would keep us up at night, but we didn’t hear anything and slept peacefully the entire night. We received breakfast vouchers at check in, and that ended up being a wonderful experience. We ordered off of menus, not buffet style like most hotels. Susan took amazing care of us and loaded up our leftovers and some extra fruit to bring back to the room. I’m pregnant, so having the fruit to snack on during my stay made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely be returning to this hotel during my next visit to Dallas.

    staff need to be clear on the policies, while check in or check out. Even the system says something else and described by the staff is something else.

    I have stayed at the Cambria in Richardson several times and it has been great every time. The area is safe even for a single female traveler as myself. There are a bunch of restaurants within close walking distance with a lot of variety. This is my favorite hotel and I will stay here anytime I come through the DFW area.
