    I always hope for the best

    However, once again the place fails. Fool me once, fool me twice, but never again. The place is so convenient for us. Restaurant within easy walking distance. This time, I left with breathing issues. I’ll include a picture of the air return, which has probably never been cleaned. Told the person on the 2nd there was a problem with the toilet. Anything happen? Nope. As a Choice member, it’s so unfortunate.

    overpriced, Upon entering the room i noticed how the bathroom door wouldnt lock, of stay shut it was rigged with nails and a wierd contraption. Lamp was falling apart and almost hit me, tv doesnt work much at all you can get is audio only.Food in microwave and in drawl behind mircowave. Trash in fridge, and under the area where the coffee maker is. Stains on the floor. (Which is insane) Housekeeping cannot speak english, dont even attempt to try they will ignore you . Front desk is always empty youll stand there waiting to be ignored while they chat on the phone. Pool is falling apart, youll get cuts and scapes as the bottom is falling apart and large chunks just waiting to hurt someone. Smoking outside the building, i think it was a employee also just roaming around a none smoking building smoking something. Lights in room go off and on, cracks in the room walls.

    I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Frisco, TX, from June 7, 2025, to July 9, 2025. During this time, I received service far beyond my expectations. I received assistance at the hotel reception desk with every issue. Everyone was extremely friendly. Most of my problems and questions usually went to Merlin, and she always found the best solution. The room was very clean, and additional service was available at the front desk every day. Breakfast included delicious waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, or bacon. There was always plenty of fruit, yogurt, and juice. The coffee could have been a strong competitor to Starbucks. Swimming in the hotel pool made my entire stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also exceptionally convenient. Easy access, convenient, ample parking, and restaurants and shopping centers are all within a 1-2-minute walk. The entire hotel was very clean, and the stay was very friendly. I thank the manager and all the staff for a pleasant stay at this great hotel.

    This hotel is a scam!!!! The owner Kumar is a cheat and has lied to about my reservation cancelation so he can cheat me out of my money!! I called and spoke to him 2 times to notify him that it was an accidental booking threw priceline and I would not be checking in and he still lied to priceline and would not allow a refund. KUMAR is a cheat and a lie!!!

    I’ve stayed at this place 2-3 times a year for 8 years. It’s very convenient for proximity to my relatives and price friendly. An ice machine used to work on each floor. No longer. The breakfast used to be decent. Sorry, but sausage, biscuits and gravy 2 days in a row is not healthy. The toile in 106 looked disgusting and could barely flush 1 piece or TP. To the owner - spend some $ and fix this place. You’ve let it run down.
