Great Bar inside hotel
28 May 2026
Bristol Bar and Grill was the best bar/restaurant I've been to on my trip to Dallas. Erica and Mo were some of the best bartender/server that I've ever came across. Extremely friendly and they made sure I had everything I needed/wanted without me having to ask. Stacey M, at Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Ctr - Love Field By IHG, responded to this review Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your experience at Bristol Bar & Grill. Erika and Mo take great pride in providing exceptional service, and we will be sure to share your kind words with them. It’s fantastic to know they helped make your trip to Dallas even more memorable. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!Sincerely,Stacey M.Director of Operationssmcvicker@pacificahost.com

Contact High
25 May 2026
The hotel smelled strongly of marijuana and mildew everywhere we went throughout the property, especially the elevators. There was also no ice available Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, which was very inconvenient. The pool area was overcrowded with very loud kids until around 9 PM every night, making it impossible to relax. The couch in our room was stained so badly we were afraid to even sit on it.Overall, this hotel did not feel worth the $84 nightly rate. Based on the condition and experience, it felt more like a $60/night hotel. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests. Stacey M, at Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Ctr - Love Field By IHG, responded to this review Dear Brandy, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. We appreciate you bringing these concerns regarding cleanliness, public areas, and overall comfort to our attention, and your comments will be shared with our team for review and improvement.Sincerely,Stacey M.Director of Operationssmcvicker@pacificahost.com
