    My meeting was cancelled. When I inquired about leaving early and receiving a refund for the unused portion of my stay, I was told that I could not receive any refund at all, even a partial one.In my humble opinion, this is a very poor business attitude.

    The lady at the front desk was not pleasant. She refused to provide us with copies of what I had to sign for check in. The pool was pad locked, trash everywhere including condoms and dirty diapers Suspicious males out back who tried to barge through the door as we entered with our card key.Not a good environment by any means.

    Service is bad, they’re very rude to American customers and look at you funny when you’re polite and speak to them. They watch you as if you’re not a paying guest on the property. They don’t respect privacy I was told my tv or music was too loud of all the rooms on the floor, and when asked how could they determine that to be true they stated they stood by the door. The old guy is the only one that is polite and actually speaks when he is greeted.

    Customer service is very bad, lady at front desk is verify disrespectful and rude for no reason because I asked for towels and room service, they don’t come to give room service I have to ask for it or go down to get my own things for room service. Room is nice but service is not and I’m crippled so having to go up and down is a hassle

    Not a good area next door to gentleman club and drugs addicts hang out at the gas station next door. Hotel very outdated with damaged furniture inside the room. No breakfast just a honey bun and juice
