  Spring break weekend

  18 Mar 2026

The location was good. Close to all the things we wanted to do since it was my kid’s first time in the Dallas area. The receptionist Abdul was attentive. The last day we were there no one mentioned to us about the firefighters being there. We smelled like something was burning as soon as we stepped out of the room and coming down the elevator. We got to the lobby because we had paid for breakfast only to find out that the kitchen was closed and all we got offered was points towards the next visit. TIM BLEEKER, Other at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your spring break stay with us. We’re pleased to hear our location worked well for your family’s visit and that Abdul made a positive impression with his attentive service. At the same time, I’m very sorry for the concern and inconvenience you experienced on your last day. We understand how unsettling it must have been to smell something burning and not receive clear communication regarding the fire department presence. I also apologize for the disappointment of arriving for breakfast after having paid for it, only to learn the kitchen was closed. While we’re glad points were offered as a gesture, I understand that did not fully address the immediate inconvenience to you and your family.Your comments have been shared with our team, as communication during situations like this is critical, and we know we should have handled that better. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more fully enjoyable stay in the future.

  Great Location & Parking

  23 Jan 2026

This hotel is located along a major roadway making it easy to access a variety of routes all over town. The rooms were good with comfy beds and pleasing views. Free parking in large lot, but no free breakfast. There is an onsite restaurant that is mediocre offering a good breakfast buffet and other meals throughout the day. TIM BLEEKER, Other at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre, responded to this review Thank you for your review and for highlighting our convenient location, comfortable beds, pleasing views, and complimentary parking. We’re glad those aspects of your stay stood out positively. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding breakfast and the restaurant, as it helps us better understand where we can improve the overall guest experience. We hope to welcome you back again on your next visit to Dallas.

  Campbell centre

  20 Dec 2025

The room that we received was nothing like the picture shown when we booked, instead the room that we received was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The water in my sink barely drains, the toilet is the same. TIM B, at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre, responded to this review Thank you, Milena, for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that the room you received did not meet your expectations or match what you anticipated when booking. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when room size and layout are important factors in choosing a hotel.I’m also concerned to learn about the drainage issues with both the sink and toilet. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Your comments have been shared with our engineering team so these concerns can be addressed promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify where improvements are needed. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable experience in the future.

Plumbing issues and bad customer service

  07 Dec 2025

We checked in Friday afternoon and I went to pour a drink out and wash my face and the sink wouldnt drain. I talked to the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do it would drain eventually. By Saturday the same water was still sitting in the sink and it started to smell. I spoke to the front desk again and asked how they thought I should wash my face or brush my teeth and he said to use the bathtub. It was disgusting, and I have attached a picture of the water sitting in my sink at checkout Sunday that was from Friday night. Plus, the bed was comfortable Anthony Baxter, General Manager at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry for the condition of the sink during your stay and for the way your concerns were handled. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and you should not have been directed to use the bathtub as a workaround. The water remaining in the sink throughout your stay is unacceptable, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention along with the photo.I’ve already shared your comments with our maintenance and front office teams so we can address both the plumbing issue and the service response you received. We will be using your feedback to ensure this does not happen again for future guests.I am glad to hear the bed was comfortable, but I understand that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience you experienced. We appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve, and I hope we will have the chance to provide you with a much better stay in the future.

  Stay elsewhere

  19 Nov 2025

I would not stay here again if it was the last room in Dallas. Where to start? Hotels should be about being able to sleep. That is why you rent a hotel in the first place. You would think.. Well you would be wrong. The noise from the trains and the motorcycles racing up and down Greenville half the night was unbearable. At 1:00 am since I couldn't sleep I went downstairs to find out why my AC kept stopping and found out they have the AC thermostat that cuts off if it doesn't sense you moving in the room. I do not know how to sleep and move around at the same time so the room does not become too hot to sleep. The broken items in the room and lack or working ice machines were a minor inconvenience. I almost forgot.. The front desk promotes the restaurant for dinner when you check in. Problem is the restaurant is closed and they only serve at the bar. Which would not be terrible expect the blaring unintelligible music is such and beating that we decided to eat elsewhere.I asked for management to call me today and today is almost over. What a beating this place is... Anthony Baxter, General Manager at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Providing a comfortable and restful stay is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short during your visit. We understand how important a quiet environment and a properly functioning AC system are for a good night’s sleep.
