    Good hotel. Rooms very clean. I had only a couple of issues. Don't like these low flush (water saving, I guess) toilets. Had to flush twice when I used them. So much for your "water saving"... The other issue was a late breakfast buffet on weekends. I am an early riser. 6am weekday for the buffet to open but not until 7am on weekends. And no other options in the immediate area but a convenience store. Other than that, great staff, especially the guy on desk when I woke up. Didn't get his name, unfortunately, but he was an African-American guy if the hotel wants to pass on the compliment.

    Hilton always delivers! We had a great stay at this location! It was in close proximity to the Irving Convention Center. Shaunda and Emanuel made our stay incredible and attended to our requests.     Disappointed at this Hilton hotel.

    Kind of disappointed with the appearance of the parking lot which was our first impression as we arrived at the hotel to visit family on Saturday 8/10. The room next door was having a weed party almost ruined my experience of the visit. Then as a HH member I was frustrated by the fact that there’s no luggage rack in neither of our rooms. Sigh.

    I was upgraded for being a diamond member, so right out of the gate I felt happy and excited to stay at the property. Bed was comfortable, balcony in the room was very nice. Elevators were a bit slow but didn’t ruin my experience. Will definitely return!

    Stayed at this hotel when visiting friends in the Dallas area. Really good customer service, friendly staff, and good food! It’s easy to write a bad review, so wanted to take the time to shoutout this Double Tree! Will stay again when back in Farmers Branch.
