Overpriced false advertisement

Booked online got a king with a walk-in shower. They said the room wasn’t available. Gave me a basic double bed with no refund also paid extra for breakfast that they did not give me any vouchers for breakfast. Marquis was supposed manager told me that this is actually a more expensive room and the king size bed sold out because they’re the cheapest rooms just a completely joke of a manager and obvious lie. Renato Cojanu, Owner at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Market Center, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced during your stay. After reviewing your comments, we would like to clarify that some of the details mentioned do not align with our property. We do not offer walk-in shower room types, and we do not have any team members by the name referenced. This leads us to believe your review may have been intended for a different hotel location. That said, we take guest concerns very seriously. If you did stay with us and there was any misunderstanding regarding your reservation, room type, or breakfast inclusions, we would like the opportunity to investigate further and make it right.

I've been here for the last two days and the highlight of my stay is the breakfast. In particular the breakfast service. My wife enjoyed an omelet and I had eggs cooked too order by a very nice lady. Fernando took care of our table and he is great. I'd stay here again just because of the breakfast crew.
