Location

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Dallas Farmers Market District, just off the Stemmons Freeway and within walking distance of Dallas Market Hall and the World Trade Centre. Both Dallas - Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas - Love Field are within 20 min of the hotel. The Infomart, Belo Garden and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center are also nearby.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 227 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Booked online got a king with a walk-in shower. They said the room wasn’t available. Gave me a basic double bed with no refund also paid extra for breakfast that they did not give me any vouchers for breakfast. Marquis was supposed manager told me that this is actually a more expensive room and the king size bed sold out because they’re the cheapest rooms just a completely joke of a manager and obvious lie.     Hotel's kind of run down and noisy but the service is great especially the breakfast and bar.

    I've been here for the last two days and the highlight of my stay is the breakfast. In particular the breakfast service. My wife enjoyed an omelet and I had eggs cooked too order by a very nice lady. Fernando took care of our table and he is great. I'd stay here again just because of the breakfast crew.
