  The location is great going to the Dallas market . The rooms were great but we didn’t get enough toilet paper and wash clothes and towels. I you might want to bring your own toilet paper because theirs is rough for your bottom. The breakfast bar was great too with a lot of choices. Recommendation but look at suggestions.

  Worst Hilton I’ve Ever Stayed In

  It’s gross, I felt like I needed to wear sandals in the shower kinda gross. Black mold in the corners. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and SMELL EVERYTHING. Smelled like weed the whole time. And not like a faint kind, it STUNK. Do not stay here for business just because it’s close to the airport. I ran on 3 hours of sleep the night before I was supposed to run a 2-hour workshop. I was exhausted. To top it off, they charge $4 for cheap bottle water bottles. Whole stay just really rubbed me the wrong way.   Breakfast is cooked to order though there are precooked options, including potatoes, fruit, oatmeal and much more. The evening reception is fair, but includes free drinks.

  If you stay there... do NOT bring your car or truck. I stayed there the night of 9/30/2025. When I got up in the morning to go to my meeting I discovered my windows of my truck had been smashed in, the passenger side door destroyed and rendered inoperable, and everything in the truck stolen. Please keep in mind the parking lot is gated, there are security cameras (useless and do not work), and a security guard more worthless than Barney Fife. They got a very expensive watch, Ipad, radar detector, credit cards and about $400 in cash. By the time I figured out they got credit cards too, it was too late. These people had themselves a shopping spree as well. I know this isn't the crime of the century but I had hope the building management could be of some use - NOPE. All they could tell me was "file a police report - we can do noting for you". There were many cars broken into during the night. I was not the only victim. Further, this (according to the employee I spoke with) is not the 20th time cars had been burglarized in that parking lot. Management knows they have a problem but simply do not care enough to do anything about. The lighting is wholly inadequate, cameras don't work, and a security guard that sleeps all night.When I stay some place for work I never stay at the cheapest hotel/motel for the simple fact I do not want this sort of ting to happen. And even if it does, I have a better chance of remedying the situation with a little coordination from hotel management - management could not have cared less I just got robbed in their parking. So I lost a lot of valuable items? "Not my problem" was the attitude I got. The only response I could get... "we need another credit card to pay for your stay". It will be a cold day in Hades before I stay in another Embassy Suites or Hilton. Shame on them for not being proactive after the 10th robbery in the parking lot! Shame on them for letting this happen repeatedly and doing NOTHING about it.
