Location

This hotel, convention centre and spa is located in a perfect area for any business or family getaway. It is connected to North Dallas' largest meeting facility, the Frisco Conference Center, with over 8,500 m² of meeting space and 330 guest suites suitable for any event. It is also situated near many of Dallas’ most exciting attractions, enabling leisure guests to experience the very best of the city. Furthermore, this hotel is conveniently situated for access to local businesses and corporations.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 14-storey building with a lift and 330 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, golf and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water skiing and jet skiing. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Additional amenities include an entertainment programme for children with a number of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

    Room stunk like must- most outdated Hilton property I have ever experienced. Iron was crusted with something nasty, lamp shade cracked, light was out, luggage rack was from the 1800’s. Table clothes in the conference rooms looked like they were wadded up on the floor before they were put on the tables. Every. Single. Table. Complete lack of care everywhere on this property. Don’t book here. Ever.     General Manager doesn't care

    I stayed here for two nights last week. Woke up early to shower and head to meetings but found that there was no Shampoo, Conditioner or Body wash in the dispensers in the shower. All of them were empty. I had to wash my hair with the bar soap meant for the sink. I replied to the "how is your stay going" text to let them know. I was told that they are very sorry and the dispensers would be filled. They offered some points for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, I understand. Fast forward to the next morning...I woke up early to shower and head to the airport. I realize that they never filled the dispensers as promised. I messaged the hotel and asked that the general manager call me when he or she gets in. I never heard from the GM. The next day, I asked again for the GM to call me. It's now been 4 days and no call from the GM. Also, no points or money have been credited for the inconvenience.My stay was over $200 per night. With taxes and fees, it came to $469 for the two night stay.Like I said above, mistakes happen and I can understand the oversight of the dispensers not being filled before check in. However, there is no excuse for the lack of follow through to fill them the next day when it was reported. Also, the GM not calling me back after I asked two days in a row to speak to him or her is ridiculous. I certainly hope Hilton ownership takes note and addresses the horrible service.     Worst experience at a Hotel ever!

    I booked my room online through this hotels website not a third party site. I had my reservation email with me for 2 nights and it matched the one the gentleman at the desk had. After he wrote dates on the drink coupons and started to pull keys to program. Then he says, "Oh my. I have never had this happen. We don't have any rooms!" It was late and I was exhausted from the traffic and my over 3 hour drive there. He did actually look in shock. I was so tired I didn't lose my cool. I just questioned how something like this could even happen. I left in my car got down the road and the desk called me. He said to come back and then sent me with 1 night free to the local comfort suites for a free night. Needless to say this place was atrocious. The AC blew black stuff on me and my belongings. The elevator didn't work. It was a zero on a scale of 1-10 except for the kindness of the desk lady. It took me around an hour to get to and check in. I had to of course pay for the other night because at this point i didn't was to move again. I contacted Hilton and they really didn't do anything to reconcile the situation. They gave me 20,000 points. That won't even book the same accommodations I had paid for. Yes and I forgot the gentleman at then embassy desk did run my card for over $400 for incidentals. I was reimbursed after several days. So I believe this was a malicious deceptive trade practice deployed by management of the hotel. Someone came in and paid more for the room than my prepaid online booking and I hadn't yet arrived. So my question is what happened if I hadn't made it to the hotel at all. They would have ran my card like they had the room available no matter that they didn't have a room or had given my reservation away. If Hilton and hotel management had given me enough points to book 2 nights at a similar Hilton property in the future then I would have let bygones be bygones. When I called Hilton the gentlemen was scripted and apologetic. I was sent an email response that they would get back with me on this matter in a maximum of 72 hours at stated on the phone and the automatic response from Hilton. After 13 days I had to email them back. All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The owner, GM and all of Hiltons customer service team should be appalled they let this happen and they deemed 20000 points was the price my future business was worth. I am a Platinum Marriot member for life. I have never had an issue like this with them. I thought the Hilton and Marriot were a similar value in my head. I guess I was way, way wrong.
